We offer a no quibble returns policy. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with any item or there is a fault with any goods we will refund or replace without any fuss.
HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN
Returns of goods which are not faulty are at our sole discretion. For goods to be considered for return they must be unopened cases that are in the same condition as they left our warehouse and not have sustained any damage.
If you would like to discuss a return you should contact us directly. Please be aware that as the customer, you are responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse at your own expense. Purple Planet Supplies will not be responsible for any goods lost in transit.
Returning the Goods
If you are returning goods, we would recommend ensuring returned goods are sent on a recorded, signed-for service.
Alternatively, you can request for us to arrange a collection on your behalf. Collections are made via a courier service from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- We cannot arrange specific timed collections.
- Charges are still applicable for failed collections were a customer is not available or the business is found to be closed at the attempted collection time.
- Collection charges will be quoted for on an individual basis as the cost varies depending on the weight and location of the parcel.
Once the goods have been received and checked by the warehouse, we will issue either a credit note or a refund. Please note a 20% restocking charge is applicable.
We will replace or refund in full for any faulty or defective goods provided that you notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. Once we have received notification from you, we will arrange a collection for the faulty foods and process your refund or replacement.
