Delivery & Returns Policy

We offer a no-quibble returns policy. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with any item or there is a fault with any goods we will refund or replace them without any fuss.

HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN Returns of goods which are not faulty are at our sole discretion. For goods to be considered for return they must be unopened cases that are in the same condition as they left our warehouse and not have sustained any damage. If you would like to discuss a return you should contact us directly. Please be aware that as the customer, you are responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse at your own expense. Purple Planet Packaging will not be responsible for any goods lost in transit.

RETURNING THE GOODS If you are returning goods, we would recommend ensuring returned goods are sent on a recorded, signed-for service.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • We cannot arrange specific timed collections.
  • Charges are still applicable for failed collections where a customer is not available or the business is found to be closed at the attempted collection time.

Once the goods have been received and checked by the warehouse, we will issue either a credit note or a refund. Please note a 20% restocking charge is applicable.

FAULTY GOODS We will replace or refund in full for any faulty or defective goods provided that you notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. Once we have received notification from you, we will arrange a collection for the faulty foods and process your refund or replacement.
